My furnace was submerged in the flood waters of 2014. Tom’s careful and thorough analysis of the furnace revealed that everything was still functional.  It only needed a cleaning. When the heating season came, my humidifier started tripping fuses.  Tom’s inspection found poor and incomplete installation (by another) that he was able to correct with minimal cost. I really appreciate Tom’s quick response, friendly interaction, careful analysis, very reasonable costs, and fixing only the issues without pushing for major replacements.  I can fully recommend Tom for furnace repairs and inspections.

My furnace stopped working in the dead of winter. Tom was able to make a service call that night to assess the issue and repair what needed to be fixed. He explained to me what the issue was and fixed it with out hesitation. His quick response time was very professional and greatly appreciated.

They took care to clean up after the job was complete and made sure to inspect every detail upon leaving. I also had him come back during the summer and fix an ac unit that wasn't working properly, installed by another company.
